Cancellation Policy:

• We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of their visit to the card on file. No shows will be charged the full cost of their visit.
